I have experience of working with clients from private, public, and charitable sectors, who are seeking executive coaching about a variety of management and leadership challenges. Examples include:​

Clients find me empathetic and supportive, providing them with confidential space and time to reflect upon their experience, questions that help shift their perspective, and observations about habits that may be blocking their progress. I focus on practical steps that will make a difference to skills, behaviours, and deeper assumptions about self and others. I am a ‘person-centred’ coach who agrees clear goals for coaching with the client, whilst recognising priorities shift over time. I use techniques from a variety of coaching methods, depending on what will be most helpful for the client in the moment, with a particular interest in positive psychology.
